I was able to pickup a Powertank w/ regulator, cover, bracket, super high PSI rated hose, etc for the same price as I sold my ARB Air compressor.  Both are great options for onboard air, but the goal of this truck is to keep things as mechanical as possible (the less electronics the better).  The CO2 tank i capable of running air tools, airing up my tires super fast, and is much quieter than onboard air.  If I ever decide to install ARB lockers, Powertank sells a manifold that makes it easy to do.

The installation is pretty simple.  Drilled holes in the panel, installed rivnuts, then bolted the bracket to the rivnuts.  Thanks to Dan for giving me a hand with the rivnuts.  There's no way my rivnut tool could have compressed rivnuts this size.

If you look closely, you can almost see an expansion tank behind the inner wall through those nifty new viewing holes :P
