That is very nice.
How are they with the 3.0?
I take it that is diesel?

I like the black one they have on the show Royal Pains.

I don't know what Bryan (seller of that G) was smoking, but his 280GE has the M110 2.8L I-6 gas engine. I don't know why he says he installed a new 3.0L gas in his W460 chassis. He should know better as he has a later W463 G-Wagen too(dark blue, I was looking at buying it).

The first 3.0L I-6 gas was the M103 engine in the W463 chassis 300GE/G300 (started in '90);

Yes, the earlier W460's like mine had a 3.0L I-5 diesel (called a 300GD).

Anyways, G's are great vehicles. Mine is my first and I've been pleasantly surprised how comfortable yet fully capable it's been off-pavement.
