| That's a nice lineup of trucks! Looks like a fantastic trip!
I'd love to see more pics. I created a photo album for you guys in the Events Gallery. Let me know if you have any questions about uploading single or multiple files (zipped).

| Looks like a really awesome trip and I can't wait to see the pics. Todd and I were discussing this place this weekend I want to go to the Devils Garden out that way. SO COOOL great pics so far. Ryan, I think that is a suby in there. My roommate has an old Justy that is two door hatchback style lifted with custom bumpers. I've been trying to get him to come out with us, but his schedule is mad crazy with school, work and his lady so he never really takes it out much. But one of these trips he says he'll go for sure. His car is rad. I'll snap a photo to show you. I'm a fan of Suby's since I had a 03 Outback, that was such a righteous car. AJ |

| If any of you would like pictures from this trip, PM me and I can find a way to get mine to you. Also, if you have pictures, I would like copies. Looks like Craig has added a trip gallery for us to add pictures to as well. Does anyone know of a way to download the whole trip gallery to your computer? I know that I can save photos one at a time from there, but it would be great to get them all at once. Bob, Rumor has it that you might be doing a trip report. But I know how malicious rumors can get. Let me know if you want some additions to that. Nathan |

Is the Mac (Safari web browser actually) still acting that way or is that comment based on past experience? I made a bunch of upgrades last week, some that I'd hoped would fix the problem Safari users were having. If you are still having problems, give Firefox a try.

Nathan,
I could manually download all the photos for you, but they will all have been shrunk to 1600x1600. You'd be best served to get them directly from the photographer on CD/DVD. Please do upload your photos to the gallery instead of just posting them here. These threads tend to get lost over time whereas the galleries get browsed over and over again down the road. Craig |

| I'll try to get some info/report/pictures added tonight. Been busy since I've been back.
Thanks Craig for the updates, I am now able to post from Safari, although Firefox still makes some things easier. |

| Ok well we had a great trip! My journey began Thursday afternoon when I left Eugene for a 3 hour drive to get to Christmas Valley where I was going to meet Rupe at his property. On the way over I took a old haul road that connects highway 97 just north of Crescent City and heads due east to highway 34. ( it cuts off around 30 miles, and its dirt not blacktop).
Upon arriving in Christmas Valley to top off the fuel tank, I pulled into the pumps and who is fueling up at the other pump, but Rupe! I followed him to a beautiful piece of property where we spent the night hanging out and talking.
Friday Rupe, Ms Rupe and I headed over to the camping site, when we got there Roller Bear was already there, so we hung out and chatted waiting for more people to show up. After a couple of hours a few more showed up, and we headed out on the dunes.

| Enjoying the trip report very much. Thanks Bob! If you get a chance, please upload your photos to the Trips and Activities photo gallery as well. I've created an album for this trip and it is in dire need of a few photos. |

| I'm sorry I never showed. Probably got within a few miles of you Friday night, but it got too late, and I was too lost to get all the way. Definelty need to finish my CB install so I have some way of talking/finding other people.
Looks like you had a fun time. I did too, just not with you folks. Here's my own trip report: www.jfs3.com/index.php/2009/05/11/christmas-valley/ There will be a next time, I'll make it then...
Cheers,
JFS III |

| We played out in the dunes for a couple of hours and then it was time to go back in and wait for other arrivals. After it got dark we went out for a night run on the dunes and tried out some new lights that a couple of us had Hopefully someone got some photos of the night driving! We ran back to camp around 11 and hung out around a really nice fire, thanks to those that brought firewood!! We got up the next morning to another sunshiny day, after everyone got breakfast, we lined up for a photo.
