Wow, thanks for all the replies and awesome photos. Keeping the ACE (I like it), ditching the SLS (don't need it and tired of the rear on the ground look in the morning). I'm going with 2" lift springs front and rear and BFG's. I think that will work perfect for me. Jason, thanks for the support.... it's good to know I'm not the only one dealing with this stuff. It's almost become a joke, what is going to break next! I was so ready to get rid of the Rover, but I really like it. It looks cool and I like driving it. I'll just keep addressing each problem as it comes up. One more question...... any reason to switch from 18" wheels to 16" other than more tire options?

Tire options that are more plentiful and cheaper. In addition you get more sidewall. Also, I agree with Mike about not replacing the rotoflex on a D2. I had ~4" of lift and my pinion angle was remained stock. What I'm saying is replace what *needs* to be replaced; don't just throw stuff on there because people on dweeb talk about it.
