I'm always on the lookout for waterproof gloves that don't limit dexterity.  The best solution I've found so far are "Seal Skinz" gloves. There strength being that they are 100% waterproof, offer moderate insulation, and because they "fit like a glove" make it possible to do the smallest tasks around camp.  They have two limitations:  1.  BrThey don't breathe very well, so they can get stinky in hurry if you are excercising.  2.  Durability:  The neoprene wears easily.  Still, I prefer them over everything else I own and wear them as a base layer glove in winter to drive in, snowshoe in, cook around camp, setup the tent, change a tire, etc.

Outdoor Research has a new glove out that looks interesting, but I'm not sure it offers the dexterity they are claiming (at least when compared to the Seal Skinz).

I have generally been a fan of the OR products, but I have not seen/used these specific gloves yet.
