Hey Nate,

Thanks for the great pics.  Really love the one with your young daughter playing with the kite.  Bet she doesn't forget that vacation for a long, long time.

What did you think of the fossil and dinosaur exhibits at the Price, UT, museum?  Being a geologist, they were my favorites.  Also enjoyed the petroglyphs in the canyon.

Now I really want to get back to Moab soon and do that White Rock/Rim trail.  Are there any places you went where one would have to worry about scraping a rooftop tent off the vehicle due to clearance issues?

After 35+ years running on four wheels, I've gone to the dark side and am playing on two.

Dale,
No problems with a roof tent on the WRT with the possible exception of an optional spur called Lathrop Canyon which we didn't drive.

That museum in Price is definitely worth the stop. I guess the velociraptor was discovered by that university in that area.

What an epic trip and stunning photos!  I need to mix some trails into my next trip to my parents house in Tahoe.

Thanks for the compliments. I'm already tentatively planning Utah/Colorado Adventure II for next summer. No trailer, and a bigger, badder truck, with a snorkel no less , so we hope to get further into the backcountry. Maybe I will post up a trip later this year.

Sounds like a great plan Nate. Keep us posted and if you want you may get some more company on your next Adventure.
