Craig, don't do this to me!  I love old maps.

there was a fellow named Erwin Reize (sp?) who did these beautiful pen and ink topo maps.  I think they are literally some of the most beautiful maps I have seen.  And they area very accurate.  You can pick out minor mountain ranges in Nevada from a map of the U.S. he did.  Just amazing stuff. 


After 35+ years running on four wheels, I've gone to the dark side and am playing on two.

I haven't heard of Erwin, though we did use a map that fits that description in my undergrad "PNW Geography" class.
