Yep. If you know how to save a Google Map as a GPX then Overland Navigator supports the rest. I do this regularly with Google Earth when scouting for trips. In the "Settings Program" there is Track Directory setting. Just save the GPX track there and it will show up automatically. To hide it, you can just move it into a subdirectory of the Track Directory. The Track Directory is also where your daily .gpx files will be stored. If you are on a multi-day trip, prior days will show up automatically in blue (so you know how to get home if you want to backtrack). Have you seen the YouTube video?
A second option is to save the GPX track to an SD card, USB thumb drive, or CD/DVD. Start Overland Navigator, insert the removable media. Overland Navigator will automatically detect the media insertion and display the tracks. If you eject it, they will dissapear.
