Alert | | Thanks for the compliment, guys. I'm working on this with the help of some good buddies who are expert welders and much much better at math than I am. I've been focusing my time more recently on the JK, so the trailer has been sitting as is in the final photo, for several weeks. I'll get some pics of the JK up soon.

Alert | | Wow with all those mad skills I'm surprised you bothered starting with a trailer. Looking forward to the rest of your build. | | Traded in all my project vehicles for my 2009 Xterra, not an ounce of buyers remorse.

Alert | | Wow! Very nice. I'm very impressed with your welding skills. I'm more of a "throw and spackle" type of welder...........I suck :)

Alert | | Thanks so much guys, appreciate the compliments! Kudos go to my good friend Jeff on the welding. My welds don't look nearly as good. Haha, not going to post this on G503 Benny. There's a lame "Made in China" axle under there right now that I'm not impressed with at all. So, I picked up a Dexter that's much narrower to compensate for the wheel spacers. The trailer build has been going uber slow lately, but I'll get back at it soon, hopefully.

Alert | Ryan, Where did you find the wheel spacers? I have a M416 that I would like to put different wheels under to match the pinz. Morris

Alert | Morris, the spacers are from Adventure Trailers. Contact Martyn at 877-661-8097 and he'll set you up. As far as I know, you can order pretty much whatever you need. My new axle has EZ lube bearings so I needed the spacers to clear the zerk fittings. I ended up ordering 5 on 5, 2.25" spacers. They weren't cheap, I think about $180 for the pair, but they solved many issues so I didn't have to modify my rims or run a different wheel.

Alert | | Hmmm, can't figure out how to make those last photos bigger. I have some additional photos of some other mods, but it's going to take some time for me to figure out how to resize them. Anyway, I've also added a Warn 9.5ti w/ synthetic rope, delrin rollers, and additional fog lights to the factory bumper. Just put some 37" MT/R's on a few days ago and waiting for my AEV hood to get done at the paint shop.
