Alert | Sometimes the KISS option just works so right, the key is for thought and prep.
Shopping list is pretty simple: link sausage, frozen cubed potatos, carton of egg beaters and thats it..
At home the night before leaving, cut up the link sausage, put in a plastic bag, add potatos in the bag and seal, put in freezer for the trip while refridgerating the eggs...
On the trail breakfast time...heat up one pan, add butter and dump in the potatos and sausage...salt and pepper to taste
When sausage is cooked, potatos hot, pour egg beaters over and cook till eggs are done...
Now try to finish this dish with others hawking over your shoulder...
Cleanup is one pan
Egg beaters carton should contain 2 servings...

Alert | Easy no mess pancakes...
Find a container made for juice with a tight cover...
The night before get out the bisquick, and put all the dry goods into the container...Store in the dry goods container
Breakfast time at camp...pull out the dry bisquick mix, add water and shake...
have a hot pan going with butter melted and make the pancakes by pouring into pan and cooking...add what you like when finished and enjoy...
Store the remainder in your cooler or wash out the container for the next use
1 pan to clean...full belly...ready for a full day of exploring

Alert | Breakfast Burritos have been a camp staple of ours for years. They work for family and friends. When making them for large groups - keep the cooked ingredients separate so that each person can assemble their burrito with only the stuff they enjoy eating (less waste more happily filled stomachs).
Before heading out - break each days worth of eggs and vacuseal them in bags. No need worrying about broken eggs along the way. The kids have fun scrambling the eggs in the pouches, too. Vacuseal the pre-shredding the cheese(s) and even salsa!
We've even precooked bacon and vacusealed it for the trip, too.
One big hit is adding hashbrowns. Get the dehydrated hashbrowns from restaurant supply stores (like Cash-N-Carry) or large stores (like Costco). Some say you need to soak them in water for hours.. not so. Just put them in a skillet with the water and start cooking them. We ditched the box they came in for a sealing plastic tub and taped the instruction quantities on the lid.
You don't need plates - just a few paper towels.
We bought a battery powered vacusealer for sealing up leftovers for the next day (if there are any)
