Ya know, sitting here finishing my Coors (bottled of course), I got to thinking.....if my 'spice cabinet' was caught ablaze or taken over by terrorists, what would I save?

Garlic salt?....Coarse pepper?....Johnny's?....paprika?....maybe the 'bottles' like Liquid Smoke or Tabasco?

I don't realy know.  I'll tell you right now that I love bacon seasoning salt,  but I think I found my 'new love':

Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning!  Man, you can put this stuff on anything!!!

So 'What say you?  AArrrghhh!'  (sorry, I thought this was 'Talk like a pirate Tuesday' already)

Chuck Norris doesn't always drink beer, but when he does, he has the Dos Equis guy serve it to him in a dress!

For me it is plain Chili Powder. I like it on eggs, potatoes, burgers, just about anything. Cumin is a good one as well in moderation.

FLASH UPDATE: (since this really isn't a "news" flash)

If you get to Albertsons, the only place I've found it, pick up any of the Spade L Seasonings.

I don't usually use "canned spices", usually enjoy mixing my own; but these are excellent quality additions that deserve a shot.

Tom.
