Hey Benny, was the spray foam for keeping mud/water out or for sound absorption?

Basicly the foam is used to keep the water and gunk from filling up inside the tube. Get rid of the air and water then no rust.

I'm very interested to see how this turns out, my sliders have some rust poking through and I'm going to need to tackle a similar job soon. Thanks for being the NWOS guinea pig :)

Great review Benny thanks. I'm curious if you've come up with a packing plan for it while out camping? Does the deep basket always seem to collect the stuff you want on the bottom or is it just a matter of digging around in there.

I guess what I'm wondering is, do you have to keep a certain amount of space between things to keep everything evenly cool or can you just jumble all your cold stuff together. I am starting to get tired of freezing my hand off while searching for stuff in my ice cooler haha.

It keeps everything in the big basket pretty unifomly cool while the smaller upper basket will be a little warmer. It does always work out that the stuff you want is always at the bottom...
